AVOID! Unfortunately this is a company I would not recommend. I was charged £78 for a service I did not ask for & nor did I authorise. When speaking with a member of staff on the phone the tonality made me feel that she was not interested & wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. Communications were poor & no formal quote was issued. I raised a complaint to Senior Management as I was not being treated accordingly & the response was "I hope you find someone to fulfil your expectations" This is shocking & extremely poor Customer Service! They are happy to take your money but don't care about the smaller companies!
