Frequently Asked Questions Do you offer more general landscaping services like lawn care and fencing?

No. We're specialist arborists. We only work with trees.

Our tree is subject to a Tree Preservation Order or located in a Conservation area. Can you help us ?

We can liaise with your local authority tree/planning team and act as your agents in drawing up Conservation Area and Tree Preservation Order applications for works.

(Note that a tree in a conservation area may not automatically be the subject of a Tree Preservation Order, but any work needs to be formally requested and the local authority have a six week window in which to impose a TPO, once notified of potential works).

Do I need to be on site when you are working?

Not usually. Because we work with a clear set of instructions we normally know exactly what we need to do, but we do need a contact number in case we have to get in touch with you.

Do you need access to my home for things like toilet facilities, water or electricity?

No.

Qualifications Levels 2 & 3 NPTC (City & Guilds) Qualified, Specialist Insurance, ICO registered, Enhanced DBS Clearance.
